Cancellation Policy
We understand that life happens and plans change! If you need to cancel your appointment, don’t worry—just give us at least 24 hours' notice.
This helps us adjust our schedule and avoid a late cancellation fee of $25 per scheduled cleaner.
If cancellations are made with less than 24 hours notice, the fee will be applied to your account.

Payment Policy
Starting on September 23, 2024, our payment terms will be adjusted from 30 days to 14 days. We kindly request that all payments be submitted within this 14-day period.
Please note, a late payment fee of $50 may be applied at our discretion for overdue payments. Additionally, an extra $10 fee will be charged for every 2 days the payment remains overdue. These late fees will be sent as a separate invoice, as we are unable to adjust invoices after they have been sent.
